Philip Conrad, Owner

Originally from Dry Ridge, Philip moved to Lexington to attend college. He earned an AAS in Architectural Technology in 2002. Philip worked for ten years with a local builder before starting Conrad Construction in 2010.

Since the beginning, his business has been in high demand with repeat customers and customer referrals. Philip is very hands on with every project. Clients can expect fully customized work and a highly responsive, expert team. There is a project manager and designer, a finish carpenter, and a mason on staff full time. Philip and his team are dedicated to delivering the very best work available in the Bluegrass.

Missy Brady, Project Manager/Designer

In November 2014, Missy joined Conrad Construction as a Project Manager/Designer. She prepares estimates and drawings, guides clients through the design process, and coordinates subcontractors and materials. Missy completed a Masters in Architecture in 2010 and has over 10 years of experience in the design and construction industry.
