We are a Design-Build company specializing in residential remodeling and new construction. With over 20 years experience, TREC is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the building process and can build and manage any residential construction project.

TREC Construction is a family owned and operated business in Nicholasville, KY. TREC started as Robby doing handyman jobs, small remodeling projects, and decks while at UK pursuing a civil engineering degree. After Robby’s graduation, Teresa left her job to manage the bookkeeping and administrative duties at TREC and they began to expand the business. Nearly 20 years later, TREC is a thriving, well-respected Design & Build company.
